Happy day 26 FMC'ers! Greetings from camp, I hope you guys are having as much fun worshipping & learning about God's love as we are! I read in Mark 1:35 this morn that Jesus rose 'very' early in the morn to a desolate place to pray. Immediately after that He says “lets go preach it's why I came!” It reminds me of my days in track running sprints & using starting blocks. Basically, starting blocks are these metal things that stuck into the track that gave you a proper platform to launch yourself towards the finish line quickly & effectively. Jesus knew the importance of 'launching' the day correctly by talking to His Heavenly Father & being filled for the day to come. Only after did He go to work. Our days are full of problems that can & will take our eyes off Jesus, so start your day with God before the world gets a hold of you. God is gracious in filling us with His goodness when we ASK. I pray this morning God fills you to overflowing so you can pour it all right back out into the lives of the people in your lives that so need Jesus. Blessings for your day.
