Buongiorno! Day 8 FMC...the challenge still stands & I hope your finding 5 minutes each day to spend in God's Word...I bet by know you're seeing how good the devil is at creating excuses, obstacles & busyness to keep you from His Word. One of my favorite books the Screwtape Letters by C.S. Lewis is about 2 demons that are assigned to keep a man from knowing & serving God. At one point the mentor tells his apprentice "the best thing you can do, is when all other temptations fail, is to keep him busy, busy, busy!" Be careful today not to let "busyness" keep you from God's Word. I encourage you to spend your 5 minutes in the morning before the day consumes you. Check out Mark 1:35 to see what Jesus did. It's day 1 of VBS, pray for the kids to hear Jesus!
