3 ¡Ah, lengua embustera! ¿Qué se te habrá de dar? ¿Qué se te habrá de añadir? 4 ¡Puntiagudas flechas de guerrero, con ardientes brasas de retama!
5 ¡Ay de mí, que soy extranjero en Mésec, que he acampado entre las tiendas de Cedar! 6 ¡Ya es mucho el tiempo que he acampado entre los que aborrecen la paz! 7 Yo amo la paz, pero si hablo de paz, ellos hablan de guerra.
